低溫彎折儀本使用說明書較詳細闡述彎折儀之使用方法。
儀器的構成:
彎折儀主要由金屬材料制成的上、下平板,轉軸和調距螺桿組成。平板間距可任意調節。
適用范圍
依據標準GB/T328.15-2007。GB12952-2003 設計制造的彎折儀適用于聚氯乙烯、聚氯乙烯防水卷材;改性再生橡膠防水卷材; 以及聚氨脂防水涂料的低溫彎折儀試驗和低溫柔性試驗。
DWZ-120彎折儀 低溫彎折儀使用方法:
1.在標準環境下,用規定的測厚儀測量試樣的厚度。
2.在試樣的橫向和縱向各取100×50/50×100mm試樣兩塊。
3.將試樣的耐候面朝外,彎曲180°,使50mm寬的邊緣重合,齊平,并確保不發生錯位,（可用定位夾或10mm寬的膠布將邊緣固定）。 
將彎析儀的上下兩平板間距調到被測卷材的三倍后,再將彎析儀上下平板翻開,將同方向的兩塊試樣放在彎折儀的下平板上,重合的邊朝向轉軸并與刻度線放齊。
5.整體放入低溫箱內,在規定溫度下保持1h.然后1S之內將上平板翻下到所調的間距位置,保持1S后,取出試樣。
6.恢復到室溫后,觀察試樣彎折處是否斷裂, 或用放大鏡觀察試樣彎折處受拉面是否有裂紋。
