1、儀器應(yīng)放置在平整、穩(wěn)固的地面上，高度以方便操作為宜。
2、供水壓力穩(wěn)定，水壓波動(dòng)不宜過(guò)大。
3、環(huán)境溫度：10~25℃
4、電源：Ac220V±10％       50Hz接地可靠。

六、 XNS-2型土工合成材料垂直滲透儀 垂直滲透儀操作步驟

1、裝夾試樣：取出夾持器10，松開(kāi)壓緊螺母，將試樣平整地放置在下夾持器平面上，壓上上夾持器，然后擰緊壓緊螺母，將夾持器安放在定集水器12內(nèi)。
2、接通電源14，打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)11，在時(shí)間計(jì)數(shù)器4上設(shè)定收集時(shí)間值。（本儀器時(shí)間計(jì)數(shù)器9的設(shè)定范圍為0~99.99，按GJTG E50-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)定時(shí)間＞30）
3、確定放水閥16處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，進(jìn)水管3外接穩(wěn)壓水源后，打開(kāi)進(jìn)水量調(diào)節(jié)開(kāi)關(guān)2，將出水嘴2對(duì)準(zhǔn)水位量筒18往儀器內(nèi)注水，直至水位超過(guò)試樣平面達(dá)到內(nèi)容器的高度，此時(shí)水頭壓差為零。
4、待水平面穩(wěn)定后繼續(xù)注水，水開(kāi)始溢出內(nèi)容器，進(jìn)水量調(diào)節(jié)開(kāi)關(guān)2控制水的流量以得到固定的壓差，即水位量筒18內(nèi)的水位穩(wěn)定，此時(shí)溢出的水通過(guò)溢水口13排出。
5、待水頭壓差穩(wěn)定30后，按下【試驗(yàn)開(kāi)關(guān)】鍵6，出水時(shí)間計(jì)數(shù)器4開(kāi)始計(jì)時(shí)，同時(shí)電磁閥轉(zhuǎn)換出水口，此時(shí)溢出水流通過(guò)出水試驗(yàn)口15流出。流出水量用容器收集，再用量筒測(cè)出具體數(shù)值，精確到10ml（收集的水量應(yīng)＞1L，如不到1L，應(yīng)酌情加大時(shí)間設(shè)定值）；達(dá)到設(shè)定時(shí)間后，電磁閥動(dòng)作，此時(shí)水從溢水排水口13排出。
6、在進(jìn)行上步驟的同時(shí)，讀取溫度計(jì)上的溫度值，水溫應(yīng)在10~25℃（精確到0.1℃）。
7、重復(fù)第6.3~6.6條步驟。總共得到5組讀數(shù)，水流速度均勻分布在0mm/s—60mm/s之間。試驗(yàn)時(shí)水流速度從高做到低。
8、重復(fù)第6.2~6.7步驟，在同水壓下將余下試樣測(cè)試完畢。
9、關(guān)閉電源開(kāi)關(guān)14，拔下電源插頭。
10、打開(kāi)放水閥16將儀器內(nèi)的剩水排空。
11、將測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)按GJTG E50-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理。

本儀器符合JTGE50/2006-10-1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，適用于測(cè)定土工織物和塑料排水板延其平面方向輸導(dǎo)水流的特性。滲透試驗(yàn)夾具采用合金材料、有機(jī)材料，密封性能好，操作簡(jiǎn)單。
特點(diǎn)：統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)柜，不銹鋼臺(tái)面。
