DKZ-1000型陶瓷磚抗折機結構及工作原理

該儀器由電動液壓加載機構，彈簧勻速加荷機構、工作臺、檢測裝置、數顯裝置及控制系統組成。

根據試驗要求選定、安裝好工作臺上試樣夾具，將試樣放置在工作臺夾具上。打開油泵電機，將加載開關撥向“加載”位置，活塞帶動工作臺和試樣上升，當試樣與上刀口接觸就開始對試樣加荷，而上刀口與組合彈簧連接在起，根據虎克定律就使加荷為勻速加荷，其力通過壓力傳感器傳遞到數顯表上，當被測試樣折斷或破碎，數顯表即保留其大值，且停止加載。開關撥向“卸載”時，即帶動工作臺、夾具下降，當開關撥至中間位置，即停止運動。

采用電動液壓加荷機構和采用多組彈簧實現勻速加荷。滿足GB/T3810.4-2006陶瓷磚-斷裂模數和破壞強度的測定，也適用于測量工程陶瓷、電瓷、日用陶瓷、陶管、磚瓦制的抗折強度,抗壓強度之用。 更換夾具還可以用于測定耐破性能,抗壓強度等參數。 更換壓具該儀器還適用下列標準，實現機多用。 JC746-1999《混凝土瓦承載力試驗》，GB/T9772- 1996《石棉水泥波瓦及脊瓦抗折試驗》，GB/T9966.1-2001《天然飾面石材抗折試驗》，GB/T7019-1997《纖維水泥制抗折試驗》，GB/T9775-1999《紙面石膏板抗折試驗》
